I visited St. Mary’s to work at the local hospital and have stayed in Holiday Inn during my previous trips. This hotel is a little old and out dated but it was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helped me with any I needed including things that had nothing to do with the hotel like finding a ride, recommending places to eat and answering any question I might have. I’d like to mention that I came to St. Mary from Los Angeles and was worried about figuring my way out around town but upon arriving Anna and Nicky welcomed me and made me feel comfortable immediately. Needless to say if I was to return to St. Mary’s I will be staying here again.
I have been in the St Mary's area for months and do not stay anywhere else. The staff has made me feel at home, always willing to talk, and provide only the best customer service. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfasts are fantastic!! I highly recommend this property!!
Very nice hotel. TV kept screwing up but was tolerable. Breakfast was real good. I paid $200.00 for a room and they didn't even have an extra blanket for us. Thought that was pretty odd for a major chain hotel.
For being in a small town this was the best motel. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hot water and the water pressure in the shower was one of the best I've had and I travel a lot and use different Motel chains. Every staff member was super nice. Highly recommend
The staff were wonderful. I checked in with Lisa and she was obviously new. Chris was there helping her. Didn’t take more than a couple of minutes to get checked in. The manager, Anna had already let them know I had a large group to check in and how to proceed. Anna called me during the day while I was driving to ensure me everything was ready to go. She’s the best in the country at her job. Wish there was an Anna at every hotel I live in. Very professional and trains her employees to perfection.i will continue to book my workers rooms here as long as Anna is there.
